MOTICHOOR LADOO | LADOO RECIPE :

Motichoor ladoo is all time favourite for all. From kids to old all like this recipe. It is a sweet recipes . Before and all we purchase it from shop only, but now we can make it in our home itself . The total time required to do is less than 1 hour. 

In special occasion rather than buying sweet from shop , we can do this in our home itself. It will be more healthy .

Motichoor ladoo is made up of besan flour mixed with sugar syrup . For 1 cup of besan flour I got 15 medium size ladoo.

Now let the ingredients and procedure to make motichoor ladoo. For this you should have atleast small hole stainless steel skimmer in home. 

MOTICHOOR LADOO | LADOO RECIPE :

Ingredients:

  • Besan flour.   - 1 cup
  • Sugar               - 1 cup
  • Cardamom     - 4
  • Food colour   - orange
  • Cashew           - 15 to 20
  • Salt                  - 1 pinch
  • Ghee                - 1 tsp
  • Water              - 3/4 + 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required to deep fry

Method:

  • In a bowl, add besan flour, 1/4 cup water and mix it without lumps. After that add a pinch salt, a pinch food colour and 1/2 cup water and mix well.
  • Now heat pan, add required oil and allow it heat. After oil get heated pour besan flour in skimmer and push it above from other paddle.it will dropped like small size boondi.
  • Don't allow it to overcook. As it is in small size , it will get fried soon.
  • Take out after it get fried and keep aside. 
  • Now add 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, cardamom powder, pinch of food colour in a pan and allow it to boil.
  • When it start boiling well,slow down the flame and add the boondi and cook until boondi absorb all sugar syrup.
  • Now turn off the flame and change it to another bowl. 
  • In this add half grinded cashew ( grind cashew for 1 second alone), ghee and mix it. 
  • After its heat get reduced , (able to take in hand) make it as small size ladoo and enjoy it with your family.
