     Nendran banana chips is one of the popular kerala recipe, which can be seen in all bakery shop.In my early days,I love to get whenever we go out. But now my kids love to have and I done this monthly once at home . Until now, I try store it for atleast 1days, but they clear it as soon as I done it. Who say no to this nendran chips. If they say, they had not tasted nendran chips yet now. I really admire with this recipe. A simple quick recipe which give yummy taste, which is loved by all age people... Chance less. Lets quick get into the way it is prepared. 
      The only major thing required is NENDRAN BANANA. you have to select firm, green skin raw banana to get absolute taste.

NENDRAN BANANA | NENDRAN BANANA CHIPS

INGREDIENT

  • Nendran banana.      - 5
  • Salt.                              - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder.    - 1 tsp
  • Water                           - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil as required
  • Slicer 

DIRECTION

  • Take the nendran banana , split at center ( length wise) .Now peel the skin and put in water. By doing so, discolouration does not happen.               



  • In a bowl, add 1tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 cup water . Mix well.        

  • Heat coconut oil in a pan. Let it heat. Now slice banana one by one and add in the oil as batches.                                     

     

                    
  • After dropped sliced banana in the coconut oil, add 1/2 tsp turmeric water.  

  • After bubbling sounds get stopped, then take away. You can see the crispy.             

  • After first batch get ready, taste it. If you found as more salty, add 1/4 tsp turmeric water in it. As batches goes , reduce the turmeric water level.But you should not skip this water adding.    

  • Now tasty, crispy banana chips is ready. Taste as soon as you done. If you delay, you won't get it.
